Weekend Front Desk/Mailroom Associate $24/hr

We have an immediate opportunity for a polished, personable customer service professional to support one of the city's most prestigious residential towers. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for residents and guests—offering warm greetings, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring service requests are handled promptly. You'll also oversee a well-organized mailroom, managing deliveries and packages with precision and care.

Weekend shifts available are 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and 11 PM to 7:30 AM, with some mid-week shifts included.

What We're Looking For:

  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills
  • Mailroom or back-office experience a plus
  • Positive, team-forward attitude
  • Flexibility for on-call additional shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays)
  • High school diploma or equivalent, plus 6+ months in customer service or hospitality
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
