Job Description Job Description This is a full-time behavior health position Tuesday- Saturday, flexible hours. You will manage a case load of 6 to 9 LPS conserved fragile mentally ill adults in a sub-acute setting. You will be required to complete assessments, care plans, case notes, and all related documentation. You will implement therapeutic rehabilitation groups. You will participate in facility sponsored trainings and interdisciplinary team meetings. The minimum qualifications are a bachelor's degree in psychology or a human-service related field and experience working in rehabilitation.
