The Hospice Director of Clinical Services - Floating is responsible for modeling the Compassus values of Compassion, Integrity, Excellence, Teamwork, and Innovation and for promoting the Compassus philosophy, using the 6 Pillars of Success as the foundation. S/he is responsible for upholding the Code of Ethical Conduct and for promoting positive working relationships within the company, among all departments, and all external stakeholders. The Hospice Director of Clinical Services - Floating will provide Hospice Director of Clinical Services functions intermittently in assigned programs. S/he travels extensively as they will be working in different locations as needed. The Hospice Director of Clinical Services - Floating directs and manages the interdisciplinary team (IDT) in meeting the needs of the hospice patient and family in a manner consistent with the guidelines and policies of Compassus.
