Qualifications and Requirements:
* Willing and able to work a flexible schedule consisting of a variety of weekdays and on both Friday and Saturday
* Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes standing for the entirety of your shift and lifting over 30 lbs.
* Dependable and detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and customer service skills
* Brings a cheerful, positive attitude and a passion for serving others
* Works well independently and as part of a team while managing multiple tasks effectively
* Willing and able to work inside and outside of the restaurant as needed
* Willing and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to respond well to leadership/authority and coaching
Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
* Provide genuine hospitality to guests with a heart of service
* Execute daily operational tasks with excellence in designated stations
* Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
* Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
* Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive work environment
* Participate in training by modeling procedures and assisting new hires
* Greet guests warmly and serve with speed, accuracy, and courtesy
* Maintain a clean and welcoming dining and front counter environment
* Anticipate guest needs and respond with care and urgency
* Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and servant leadership
* Adhere to Chick-fil-A expectations, standards, and dress code at all times
* Other duties as assigned
