MATERIALS AND STORES SPECIALIST — California Department of State Hospitals, Napa

Overview

The Clinical Administrator's office is accepting applications to fill a permanent, full time Materials & Stores Specialist position. This position functions under the direction of the Assistant Clinical Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Order supplies from vendors/small businesses.
• Act as a liaison between multiple departments across the hospital.
• Redistribute goods and supplies to various units/areas.
• Maintain inventory tracking of materials.
• Work with vendors to address issues.
• Lift and load/move supplies up to 60 pounds.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Highly motivated, goal oriented, with effective communication and leadership abilities.
