Responsibilities

• Support Job Captains, Project Managers and Designers with development of design drawings, contract documents and details for highly detailed custom restaurant/hospitality projects
• Assist with the coordination of consultant drawings and technical information
• Help with producing presentation graphics

Qualifications

• Architectural Degree from an accredited design or architectural school
• 5-7 years minimum experience working in a design or architecture firm
• Must have excellent pc-based AutoCAD proficiency (x-refs and layer manager functions)
• Excellent knowledge of Revit
• Sketchup, Photoshop and Indesign experience all desirable
• Knowledge of interior design practices, preferably in hospitality
• Proof of 3-D competency and conceptual rendering ability (please specify the programs you are proficient in)
• Experience with the production of all phases of documents from Concept Design through Contract Documents
