Job Description

Designers support three primary store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. They support Customers First by providing fast, thorough, and friendly service, including welcoming customers, assessing their kitchen and/or bath project needs, providing showroom tours, setting up for measurements, and discussing room designs and recommendations. They support In Stock initiatives by assessing stock levels and restocking samples and brochures as needed. They support Store Appearance by ensuring displays and showrooms are appealing and safe, promoting a positive shopping environment. By supporting these priorities, Designers help drive sales and meet department and store goals.
