About the Role
As the Business Office Manager, you will serve as the right hand of the Executive Director, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. You will oversee human resources, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and administrative functions, supporting both residents and staff. While financial processes can be taught, a strong background in HR and staff management is preferred.
