Primary Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Strategic Execution

  • Drive tangible operational projects from initial planning through final delivery without needing detailed direction at each step
  • Function as the central connection point between senior leadership and operational departments, converting strategic choices into specific action items with clear timelines
  • Manage and synchronize multiple simultaneous projects spanning two core companies, encompassing facility construction, equipment transfers, production shifts, and supply chain operations
  • Create and sustain project monitoring systems, timeline benchmarks, and success indicators to provide clarity and responsibility throughout all initiatives

Communication & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Facilitate transparent information exchange between executive leadership and frontline teams, keeping all parties updated and coordinated
  • Synchronize work across various departments such as operations, finance, marketing, engineering, and field personnel to guarantee alignment and streamlined execution
  • Develop and uphold communication structures that bridge leadership strategy with daily operational functions
  • Partner with department heads and project coordinators to pinpoint obstacles, address disagreements, and sustain project progress

Process Improvement & Operational System Building

  • Build accountability frameworks that guarantee reliable completion and quantifiable outcomes across all departments
  • Develop and deploy scalable systems, procedures, and reporting structures that enhance organizational productivity and openness
  • Define documentation protocols for project roadmaps, material specifications, modification tracking, and advancement reporting
  • Recognize prospects for workflow enhancement and operational upgrades throughout the enterprise

Initiative & Problem-Solving

  • Display robust commitment and careful attention to specifics in every work dimension
  • Apply wise judgment when ranking conflicting priorities and distributing resources efficiently across various projects
  • Present suggestions and observations drawn from operational findings and data evaluation
  • Actively spot operational obstacles and craft workable resolutions before situations intensify

Stakeholder Management & Reporting

  • Deliver consistent, clear status reports to senior leadership regarding all ongoing projects
  • Uphold openness in all correspondence, guaranteeing leadership maintains current awareness of operational advancement
  • Develop reports and presentations that effectively convey project standing, challenges, and results
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors, contractors, and partners when necessary to facilitate project completion

Qualifications

  • Verified history overseeing intricate, multi-departmental operations or interdepartmental projects encompassing technical, financial, and supply chain elements
  • Confirmed capacity to establish organization and precision within expanding companies by deploying effective systems, workflows, and reporting structures
  • Robust project management and delivery capabilities, including timeline development, benchmark monitoring, challenge mitigation, and orchestration of numerous parallel initiatives
  • Background synchronizing and unifying cross-functional groups to maintain engineering, operations, finance, and leadership alignment
  • Capacity to function independently with limited supervision while preserving alignment with enterprise objectives and strategic direction
