Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 12 months of Home Health experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.
• Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is required from any number of months.
• Experience with Oasis is required from any number of months.

Requirements

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• Local & travel allowed.

Additional Details

Types of Patients on Unit: Geriatric

Unit/Facility Details: System does a good job grouping clients minimizing drive and windshield time. Occasional maximum radius of 50+ miles.

Special Requests: Traveler is expected to have their own transportation.

Shift & Scheduling: Monday - Friday.

7 days maximum time off

2 references from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
