Job Description
Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish.
Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and other team members to ensure project milestones are met.
Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance with client requirements.
Monitor project progress, address any issues, and report updates to relevant stakeholders.
Support procurement efforts by sourcing materials, reviewing vendor proposals, and managing deliveries.
Ensure safety protocols and regulations are followed on-site at all times.
Contribute to budgeting and cost control efforts by tracking expenses and maintaining accurate records.
Maintain strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Engineer should have:
A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
Experience in commercial construction projects, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in project management software and tools commonly used in the construction industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work well with diverse teams and stakeholders.
A commitment to safety practices and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
