ABOUT US
VINAROSA Resort and Spa is an intimate, 78-room luxury resort in the heart of Sonoma County Wine Country. Surrounded by 92 acres of vineyards, our resort offers world-class hospitality, fine dining, and rejuvenating spa services.

The Spa at VINAROSA is a 5,000 sq. ft. sanctuary featuring professional massage therapy, facial treatments, a Caldarium (indoor warm pool), eucalyptus steam saunas, outdoor pool, hot tub, and a serene spa garden.

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a warm, professional Spa Receptionist to join our team. This guest-facing role is the first point of contact for our spa guests, ensuring a seamless experience from booking to departure, while supporting spa operations and retail sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Greet guests with a professional, friendly, and welcoming attitude
• Manage spa appointments, confirmations, and schedule changes
• Handle check-in/check-out and process payments accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized spa front desk and reception area
• Provide information on spa services, enhancements, and amenities
• Promote and sell retail products (earn 10% commission on sales)
• Support spa leadership and team members as needed

QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous spa, salon, hotel, or luxury hospitality experience preferred
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office and/or Book4Time spa booking systems (POS)
• Flexible availability including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays

COMPENSATION
• $21.00/hour
• 10% Retail Commission
