SUMMARY:
We are opening a unique live-in role at the beautiful Kenwood Inn & Spa, a luxury 30-room property located in the heart of Sonoma Valley Wine Country.

In exchange for free rent, the resident employee will be on-call to support our in-house guests. This position requires the resident to live on property in a private and renovated guestroom and serve as the emergency-only point of contact from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. While this is not a traditional hourly job, the resident employee must be available to respond promptly to issues or emergencies that arise overnight.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• In the rarity that a guest arrives after 11 pm, welcome them and check ID and hand them their welcome packet with key
• Answer only emergency phone calls from in-house guests
• Deliver amenities, such as extra linens or refreshments to guest rooms.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

• Single occupants only.
• Guestroom and property are non-smoking
• No pets

WHEN WE NEED YOU:

• In the event of a late arrival or an emergency between 11pm to 7am

COMPENSATION:

• Renovated guestroom includes a king bed, spacious bathroom, fireplace, small patio and is provided in exchange for on-call emergency coverage.
• You will be paid for the actual time worked responding to guests and handling emergency issues.
