Job Title : Manufacturing Technician (Non-Exempt)
Job Location : Santa Rosa, CA.
Shift Timings: 9:30 AM - 05:00 PM
Payrate : $17- $18/hr

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Manufacturing Technician to join our team. This entry-level position is responsible for the operation and maintenance of drug manufacturing equipment, as well as the accurate preparation and blending of raw materials and active ingredients. The ideal candidate will be committed to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and documentation in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain drug manufacturing equipment, ensuring all machinery is in good working order.
• Accurately weigh and blend raw materials and active ingredients following prescribed formulas and processes.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by keeping equipment and facilities in optimal condition.
• Complete all work orders and batch record documentation in accordance with cGMP standards, ensuring minimal errors and necessary corrections.
• Participate in required cGMP and safety training, maintaining up-to-date knowledge and skills.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team, following established procedures with precision.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accuracy in documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to undergo training as needed, including cGMP and safety training.

• This position is non-exempt. Overtime (hours worked beyond 40 hours per week) will be paid at time-and-a-half.
• Ability to adapt to changes and work in a fast-paced environment.
