Job Requirements and Essential Functions:

• High School Diploma or GED; a College or University Degree is preferred.
• 2-4 years of supervisory experience in the food service or retail sector, including Profit and Loss management.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Preference for internal promotion from Assistant General Manager position.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug test.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Basic skills in business math and accounting, along with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to maintain cleanliness inside and outside the restaurant, including parking lots and grounds.
• Able to stand and move for 80% of the shift time.
