Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager - OPEN TO US BASED APPLICANTS ONLY.
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion. Daily tasks include managing project schedules, coordinating logistics, inspecting project progress, and expediting project deliverables. The Project Manager will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Project Planning: Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Project Execution: Oversee the day-to-day operations of projects, ensuring adherence to plans and schedules.
- Project Execution: Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
- Project Execution: Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Budget and Cost Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Budget and Cost Management: Track project expenses, forecast costs, and manage project financials.

- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures.

- Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- 3-5 years of direct experience managing commercial solar projects
- Experience with construction project lifecycle management
- Proven ability to manage project budgets
- Demonstrable experience navigating permitting processes
- Experience in client-facing roles
- A bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical), Construction Management, or a related field or master's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and risk management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A high degree of attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable
Salary Band
+- $90,000 – $105,000
