Greet guests/residents at the Spa Front Desk and administer keys to locker areas, if applicable. Handle all administrative functions of the spa, including use of spa software, maintaining inventory of supplies, answering telephones, making appointments and answering questions.
Monitor spa appointments and ensure proper staffing to maintain sense of order and efficiency Process transactions for all events, guest fees, membership fees, dues, etc.
Ensure facility is prepared for proper opening and closing each day.
Participate in further learning activities up to and including product knowledge.
Maintain up to date knowledge of hotel services, products and procedures. Provide Spa tours and perform other duties as assigned.
