What We're Looking For

We Are Seeking An Associate With 2 To 6 Years Of Civil Litigation Experience, Ideally With Exposure To Real Estate Or Business Litigation. The Ideal Candidate Will Be

Skilled in legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, discovery, and depositions

Confident, self-motivated, and capable of handling matters independently

Detail-oriented, analytical, and an excellent writer

Technologically proficient and comfortable working in a modern legal environment

Professional, collaborative, and committed to client service

Open to participating in business development efforts

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough legal research using Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw to support case strategies.

Draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions, ensuring compliance with court requirements.

Assist in litigation preparation, including gathering evidence and preparing witnesses.

Collaborate with clients to understand their legal needs and provide effective solutions.

Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to provide informed legal advice.

Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions as necessary.

Admission to the California State Bar is required.
