Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare motions and other legal documents.
• Draft and negotiate discovery; take and defend depositions.
• Argue cases in court and participate in settlement negotiations.
• Collaborate closely with partners for direct mentorship and professional development.
• Support clients in civil litigation and trust/probate litigation matters.

• Strong interest in practicing in Sonoma County.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
• Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong work ethic with eagerness to learn and grow.
• Desire to develop expertise in civil litigation and/or trust and probate litigation.
