We are currently representing an innovative Medical Device company seeking a strategic, results-driven Director of Supply Chain to lead and scale its supply chain operations.

This will be a hands-on role, and they are looking for someone who will work with engineering to develop the supply base, drive cost reductions (move from machined parts to castings), implement supplier agreements, and truly take ownership of the vendor negotiations of all materials.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, savvy negotiator with expertise in medical equipment manufacturing and distribution, coupled with strong financial acumen to optimize cost structures, improve margins, and support business growth.
