Project Executive Construction (12+ Years Construction Management Experience)

Goodall Brazier is representing a leading general contractor in San Francisco that is seeking a highly experienced Project Executive to join their senior leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of large-scale projects and play a key role in the contractors continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee multiple large-scale multifamily and commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to project managers and field teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify risks and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
• Contribute to strategic planning and business growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in the construction industry with significant exposure to multifamily and commercial projects.
• Proven track record in managing projects in excess of $50M.
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software and industry-standard tools.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $210,000 $250,000, commensurate with experience.
