The Surveillance Supervisor is responsible for observing, documenting, and reporting on all activity on property in order to protect property assets, as well as Guests and Team Members. Directly supervises and coordinates Surveillance room activities. Assists in investigations and ensures compliance with Gaming and department policies, procedures, regulations and requirements. Essential Functions: 1. Responsible for practicing, supporting and promoting Graton Resort & Casino's Company-wide culture and demonstrating Graton Resort & Casino's Service Standards at all times .. Ensure compliance with all Surveillance Department and Company policies and procedures ..
