Responsibilities

1. Become an expert in an important new manufacturing technology, requiring strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, effective inter-team communication, and flawless execution.
2. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, along with a solid technical background.
3. Be flexible with scheduling; training will occur during standard business hours for 3-6 months, after which the role will transition to a night shift with the following schedule:
4. Work nights on a compressed workweek, alternating weekly between 4x12 and 3x12 shifts.

Candidates must demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and dependability.

Qualifications

• Excellent hand-eye coordination for proper handling and movement of parts.
• Experience with aspects of integrated circuit fabrication processing, including but not limited to sorting or visual inspection.
• Strong team communication and collaboration skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

This position requires access to technology and/or technical data subject to U.S. export controls. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, protected individuals under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain required U.S. Government authorizations.

Pay Range: USD $54,520.00 - USD $90,870.00 per year.
