Job Details

Lily's Legacy Senior Dog Sanctuary is located on 5 bucolic acres in rural Petaluma. We are looking for several individuals who would be interested in offering us the following maintenance support:

1. We have large grassy fields in which we walk dogs that require periodic mowing.

2. The field perimeters, driveway and fence edges all need regular weed whacking.

3. During the rainy season, we have to gather the fast-growing mushrooms to prevent dogs from ingesting them.

4. Miscellaneous weeding, watering, tree care, gutter and yard debris clean-up are ongoing tasks that are needed.

5. Construction/maintenance projects

Most of our work with dogs occurs outside, rain or shine. We may ask for proof of COVID-19 vaccination. We ask that you respect your fellow peers and any volunteers who have been knowingly exposed or have been traveling will isolate and only return to their shifts after testing negative.
