Job Summary:
Under minimal supervision, performs and directs routine and complex bottling tasks following specific instructions and set procedures; may be required to assist the Bottling Supervisor with advanced assignments. Familiarity with production line is required. Strong leadership characteristics required. Drives team cohesion and culture. While doing so, observes the department's standard operating procedures, safety practices and wine industry GMP's as the relate to Food Safety and HACCP
