Our passionate and dedicated team at Sonoma-Cutrer is looking for Seasonal Grape Sorters to join for Harvest 2025. The Grape Sorter is responsible for manually inspecting and sorting grapes on a sorting line or table to ensure only high-quality fruit is used for winemaking or processing. This role is essential during the harvest season and requires attention to detail, speed, and teamwork.

What we will ask you to do:

• Visually inspect grapes on the sorting table or conveyor.
• Remove debris, leaves, stems, underripe, moldy, or damaged grapes.
• Follow quality standards set by winemaker or supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness of sorting area and equipment.
• Report any abnormalities or equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Work cooperatively with sorting team to meet production goals.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Perform various work assignments to include racking, pumping, clarifying, and blending juice and wine.
• Sanitize all areas of cellar operations, tanks, and other equipment related to winemaking.
• Performs pump-overs, juice/wine additions, moves hoses and equipment, obtains lab samples, disposes of lees, and cleans equipment

• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions (if outdoors).
