Job DescriptionJob DescriptionProduction Operator – Swing Shift needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh Scientific's client located in Santa Rosa, CA.

This position is for a molecular diagnostics manufacturer and the team is looking for candidates with a high school diploma or GED with 0 - 2 years of experience in a fast-paced clean room environment (a plus).

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm.

Responsibilities

• The operator is responsible for inspecting, sorting and packaging injection molded parts in a fast-paced environment and in accordance with approved procedures. This includes work both in and out of a clean room environment.
• The qualified individual will ensure that production losses are minimal through timely communication of issues to the supervisor and will work in strict accordance to approved production and quality procedures.
• The operator will work around injection molding machines and must ensure that safe working practices are followed.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow both written and verbal instructions is a must.
• This position requires the use of personal protective equipment and clean room gowns.
• This position requires a strong team player with good interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• High School education is required.
• Experience in a fast-paced clean room environment is a plus.
• Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift or occasionally move items up to 25 lbs.
• Must be comfortable using hands, reaching, and handling small parts and measuring tools for extended periods.
