Director of Construction - Residential

Harper Harrison is collaborating with a dynamic mid-sized Multifamily/Residential Owner & Developer based in San Francisco, CA. We are seeking a skilled professional with a strong background in Multifamily and/or Residential construction to fill the role of Director of Construction. This position presents an exciting opportunity to lead large-scale construction projects in the Bay Area.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, design, and construction services for all vertical ground-up residential projects.
• Guide field construction teams throughout Northern California, ensuring efficient project execution.
• Navigate local zoning codes and regulations to incorporate them into building plans effectively.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and internal company protocols to ensure safety on site.
• Prepare and present comprehensive building reports, facilitating clear communication with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Director of Construction within the Residential sector.
• Experience with Single/Multifamily and/or Mixed-Use construction projects is highly desirable.
• A degree in a construction-related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to project success.
