Job Title: Data Architecture & Analytics Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of data and analytics technology strategies
• Manage enterprise architecture initiatives with a focus on application and integration design
• Oversee the implementation, support, and optimization of data platforms, including data lakes, warehouses, reporting tools, and integrations
• Work with stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and timelines, and ensure successful delivery
• Lead a team of analysts, engineers, and architects across data, systems, and analytics platforms
• Champion data governance, security, and data quality best practices
• Manage daily system operations, vendor relationships, and support structures
• Partner with business and technical teams to ensure technology solutions align with organizational goals
• Drive change management, documentation, and training to support adoption of solutions
• Participate in vendor selection, contract negotiations, and performance management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT, with a focus on analytics, data systems, or architecture
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Deep knowledge of analytics platforms and data architecture, including Microsoft Azure, Power BI, and data integration tools
• Strong understanding of business processes, KPIs, reporting cycles, and their impact on system design
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of an organization
• Familiarity with data privacy, security, and compliance standards (e.g., PCI, NIGC)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the entertainment or hospitality industries
• Project management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.)
