Accounts Receivable Specialist. Job Location: Sonoma, California. Job Type: Temp to hire. Pay Rate: $26.45-$32.70/hr. Schedule: Monday - Friday; 10 am-6:30 pm. Description of Position:Our client in Sonoma is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist. This position has the potential to become permanent. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to stay focused and on task. Job Responsibilities:Invoicing: Creating and sending invoices to customers for goods or services rendered. Payment processing: Recording incoming payments (checks, credit cards, EF - Ts) and applying them correctly to customer accounts. Account reconciliation: Regularly reconciling AR ledger with the general ledger to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. Collections: Following up on overdue invoices and initiating the collection process for past-due client accounts.
