The Hotel Operations Manager is responsible for all duties of the Hotel Rooms division. Oversight of the property's Front Office & Housekeeping departments, inclusive of cleanliness levels in all areas of the property, guest satisfaction, and managing inventory and reservations. Responsibilities include colleague hiring & training, inter-department communications, scheduling, coaching, and purchasing. The Hotel Operations Manager will promote an atmosphere that insures customer and colleague satisfaction. This position requires strong attention to detail, leadership skills, and the ability to effectively deal with department heads, guests, and team members. This position reports to the hotel General Manager.Duties include:
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000/ annually
