The Business Planning Associate is a member of the Conversion, Accessories & Connected Business Planning Section responsible for the conceptualization and implementation of new businesses.

In this role, you are expected to be a domain expert in planning, data analysis, and project management.

Your Role And Responsibilities

Responsible for the conceptualization and implementation of new businesses, namely:

I. Connected Service

• Support Toyota's vision CASE (Connected, Autonomous, Shared & Electric).
• Maximize myToyota Connect and ensure smooth rollout of plans and expansion.
• Create project business proposals to expand connected services.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to ensure target achievement.

II. Conversion Business

• Strengthen conversion business by providing a variety of options.
• Create project business proposals to expand conversion business.
• Coordinate with different stakeholders (Customers, Dealers, Suppliers, Regional/Global Headquarters).
• Ensure strict compliance with project timelines.

III. Dealer Accessories

• Responsible for accessories product planning.
• Manage demand and supply of Dealer-installed accessories.

Minimum Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or related business courses.
• Ability to establish courses of action for self and others to ensure efficient work completion.
• Actively identify new learning opportunities; apply newly gained knowledge and skills on the job.
• Capable of obtaining information, identifying key issues, and developing logical solutions aligned with long-term goals.
• Set up procedures to collect and review information for managing activities.
• Manage time and resources effectively to complete work efficiently.
• Clearly convey information through various media to engage and inform audiences.

Skills Required

• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong interest and knowledge in automotive technology, trends, electrification, vehicle conversion, and applications.
• Project management and business analysis/planning skills.
• Data management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of Power Apps and/or PowerBI is an advantage.
