The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing, setting up, maintaining, and taking down the daily breakfast service for hotel guests. This role ensures that the breakfast area is clean, well-stocked, and inviting while delivering friendly and efficient service. As part of a limited-service hotel, this position may also assist with light kitchen duties, inventory management, and occasional guest service support. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Set up and maintain the daily breakfast buffet according to hotel standards and health & safety regulations. Greet guests warmly and provide assistance with breakfast items when needed. Monitor food and beverage levels, restocking as necessary throughout service. Keep breakfast area clean, organized, and presentable at all times, including tables, counters, floors, and equipment.
