  • Track and reconcile grant-related expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets and allowable costs.
  • Conduct periodic internal audits and risk assessments; identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
  • Establish and maintain internal controls, compliance documentation, and grant management protocols.
  • Provide ongoing training and technical assistance to staff regarding procurement policies, time and effort tracking, and documentation standards.
  • Collaborate with program and finance teams during grant development and implementation to ensure compliance is built into every stage.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance matters between internal teams and external funders.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to guide and train cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with financial software (e.g., MIP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

What This Offers:

  • A collaborative, mission-driven environment
  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • Opportunities for professional development and growth
  • Flexible work schedule and hybrid options
