Associate MFT

We are excited about the mental health of our clients and about expanding our team. This is a wonderful opportunity to work in a fast paced and supportive private practice. This is a fully remote position with the ability to pick your own hours!

Job Functions:

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and create treatment plans
• Participate in weekly group and individual supervision and team meetings related to position
• Intervene in crisis situation for assigned clients, even outside of normal work hours
• Complete progress notes and documentation in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Master's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, counseling, behavioral sciences)
• Have an associate number and be registered with the BBS
• Reside in California
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to work independently
• Readliness to collaborate and learn new modalities and skills
• Willingness to build up to 25+ weekly clients
• Bilingual is a plus!
