Position Summary:
The IT Program Manager, Gaming leads the stakeholder partnerships, technology portfolio, and delivery of solutions in Gaming operations, proactively identifying opportunities where technology can contribute to business success.

Primary job functions include collaboration to develop technology roadmaps, planning and leading
initiatives, and leading a team performing systems management, functional & process analysis, data stewardship, and escalation support.

This role functions as the systems owner for related platforms and technologies including, but not limited to, slots, table games & poker, patron management, our lab and QA environment, and related systems infrastructure. Manages the relationships with related vendors.

Essential Functions:
1. Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
2. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.
3. Act as a trusted advisor to Graton leadership and teams, aligning business objectives to technology solutions and collaborating on strategy, delivery, and support.
4. Develop and communicate roadmaps for process and system initiatives to meet stakeholder goals with consideration to prioritization, constraints, and other strategic considerations.
5. Define, plan and lead projects including developing scope, requirements, stakeholder communications, project financials, and managing exceptions.
6. Work with project teams and vendors to deliver implementations, enhancements, upgrades, process and regression testing, change management, communication, documentation, and adoption support.
7. Champion change management, adoption and training efforts to maximize effectiveness of solutions and processes.
8. Lead and mentor a team of analysts, engineers and administrators supporting related systems and projects.
9. Lead solution analysis & selection initiatives.
10. Manage systems lifecycles in partnership with architecture, functional, and operations teams.
11. Oversee daily systems operation and support through ticketing systems and processes, and including internal and outsourced services.
12. Review systems issues to identify and communicate business impacts and lead the development of solutions.
13. Collaborate with Support Operations team to enable effective first-level support and clear escalation paths, ensuring a great guest experience.
14. Manage and support Graton's relationships with vendors and implementation partners by participating in selection, contracting, negotiations, and managing vendor performance.
15. Guide the data architecture and usage for owned systems and ensure smooth transactional data flow and quality, in partnership with analytics and architecture teams.

Required Qualifications:
1. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
2. Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
3. A minimum of 8 years of extensive, varied experience in relevant business and/or technology areas, preferably with experience in the casino industry.
4. Experience leading and managing technology teams.
5. Deep understanding of the software and technology solutions in their areas of responsibility and related integrations.
6. Deep understanding of relevant business functions, processes, and typical requirements that influence systems selection and usage.
7. Demonstrated excellent verbal/written communication skills across varying levels of the organization.
8. Ability to understand key regulations pertinent to the business, such as PCI, NIGC etc., and ensure solutions and services meet and comply with requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Industry certifications such as PMI-PMP/Agile a plus

Physical Requirements:
1. Manual dexterity to operate job related equipment.
2. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds with or without assistance.

Work Conditions:
Work is typically in an office environment; however, work may be performed in an area which may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, and may contain second-hand smoke. Work may be performed in small areas with a 3 ft. wide access. Tasks performed from a sitting or non-sitting position. Performance of job duties will require standing, walking, lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling and grasping. These tasks include the maintenance and care of assigned area. Constant contact with fellow Team Members and Guests.
