As a Senior Construction Project Manager, youll oversee multiple mid-sized energy retrofit projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Youll provide input during the design phase, manage bidding and subcontractor agreements, and coordinate construction schedules and meetings. Youll supervise field activities, enforce safety and quality protocols, and serve as the main point of contact between subcontractors, engineers, and clients. Youll also mentor project staff, maintain project documentation, and use construction management software to track progress and costs.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelors degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
46 years of experience in field operations and construction methods.
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in commercial/institutional buildings.
Valid drivers license and ability to travel regionally.
Strong understanding of construction processes and project scheduling.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and access construction areas like ladders and rooftops.
OSHA 30 certification.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with ESCO design and commissioning processes.
PMP certification or interest in obtaining it.
Proven ability to build client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
