Job Description

Key Responsibilities of a Project Engineer | Multi-Family/Public Works - North Bay

• Writing all purchasing orders
• Processing and negotiating all change orders
• Having complete knowledge of contract documents
• Preparing monthly budget reports
• Publishing the details of Owner Architect Contractor meetings
• Obtaining building permits
• Coordinating work of all trades on paper prior to construction beginning

A Successful Project Engineer | Multi-Family/Public Works - North Bay

• 3+ years with relevant experience in construction
• Someone who is seeking growth within a company.
• Proven track record of managing construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Commercial, Public Works, and Multi-family project experience preferred
