This position is part of a highly collaborative, driven team that works closely together to tackle everything from IT support to long-term infrastructure and cyber security strategy planning. This position is primarily responsible for managing and maintaining Graton's information systems and work with Graton's vendors and the project planning team to plan upgrades, implement new systems, troubleshoot existing systems, and monitor the health and the performance of the environment. This role interacts closely with IT Support, Networking, Systems, and Cyber Security facilitating efforts relating to information systems and IT infrastructure.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for practicing, supporting and promoting Graton Resort & Casino's Company-wide culture and demonstrating Graton Resort & Casino's Service Standards at all times.
• Troubleshoot system problems and provide tier three support for operational issues.
• Maintain Graton Resort & Casino's systems, including monitoring and tuning system performance.
• Work with vendors and project planning team to plan the implementation of new systems and system upgrades.
• Maintain the physical and virtual server infrastructure. Deploy software, hardware and firmware upgrades.
• Collaborate with the networking team around projects and operational issues.
• Use programming or scripting to automate routine tasks.
• Participate in an after-hours on-call duty rotation.
• Investigate and plan business solutions, technologies, and opportunities that can benefit the organization and/or their area of responsibility.
• Create, maintain, and organize technical documentation for all property information systems.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
• Must be a highly driven individual in pursuing operational and project goals while working through a team driven workload.
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent, or eight (8) years of experience with Information Systems.
• A deep understanding of Windows systems, storage attached network, and how each works within a physical and virtual server environment. Knowledge of hyper-converged storage is a plus.
• Experience with programming/scripting languages, such as PowerShell, Bash, and automation languages, such as Chef, Puppet, etc. is a plus.
• Familiar with networking, including virtual networks from within a VMware environment. Familiar with how subnets, access control lists, and port security work.
• Experience with public and private cloud, such as Amazon Web Service, Microsoft Azure, or VMware is a plus.
• Minimum four (4) years relevant PC software applications experience, such as Microsoft O/S, MS-Office, and Visio.
• Ability to work well in a highly team driven environment.
• Ability to perform well under pressure.
