Base pay range

$105,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr

We are seeking a Senior Network Administrator to join our Information Technology team onsite in Rancho Cordova (outside of Sacramento). This is a full-time, onsite role and does not offer relocation assistance.

As a key member of the IT team, you will be responsible for the installation, administration, and maintenance of a 24/7 enterprise-wide infrastructure, including network systems, servers, hardware, and security. You'll mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 support staff, manage core systems, and ensure high availability and security across business-critical applications. Strong troubleshooting, clear communication, and the ability to work cross-functionally are essential.

Requirements:

Experience:

• 3–5 years of relevant hands-on experience in network and systems administration.

Certifications (Preferred):

• Cisco CCNA, ITIL, Microsoft, or Azure Cloud certifications
• Familiarity with CISSP principles
• Valid California driver's license required

Technical Skills:

• Strong experience with network infrastructure technologies, including Cisco switches, VPNs, and firewalls
• Fortinet experience is a plus
• Expert-level knowledge in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange/O365 (currently migrating to Azure and SharePoint)
• Experience with Hyper-V virtualization; familiarity with Nutanix hyperconverged environments is desired
• Experience managing Windows Server 2019 environments
• SQL Server 2016+ experience is a plus
