$120,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and maintain power plant electrical systems and equipment

Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance programs for electrical assets

Assist with instrumentation, controls, and protection system upgrades

Perform root cause analysis and reliability assessments

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and electrical code standards

Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to optimize equipment performance

Interface with engineering and project teams on capital improvements

Electrical Engineer - Power Generation

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

• 3+ years of experience in a power generation, utility, or heavy industrial environment

• Strong understanding of switchgear, protection systems, and control systems (e.g., DCS, PLCs)

• Knowledge of NERC, NEC, and relevant regulatory standards

• Proficiency with tools such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or SKM preferred

• Hands-on problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills
