Firefighter/ Paramedic - Lateral. Successful Lateral candidates can expect to be hired at Step 3, $116,470.82 annual base salary plus any applicable special pays. In addition, the following incentives will apply:A bank of 60 hours of sick leave at the time of hire. A bank of 48 hours of vacation leave at the time of hire. Two-week intensive training academy.
