The Concierge will be responsible for assisting guests with various inquiries, making reservations, and providing recommendations to enhance their stay. Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel's amenities and services. Assist guests with restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and local attractions. Provide recommendations for dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
