Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to serve as a strategic partner in driving the successful execution of projects from inception through completion. This key role requires cross-functional collaboration with sales, service, administration, and finance teams to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets aligned with organizational goals and client expectations.
• 
  Conduct risk assessments and implement proactive strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth project delivery.
• 
  Coordinate and foster collaboration across departments to optimize resource allocation and drive project efficiency.
• 
  Provide exceptional client service by addressing concerns, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining clear communication.
• 
  Support business development efforts by collaborating with sales and service teams to identify growth opportunities.
• 
  Mentor and guide project team members to promote a high-performing, team-oriented culture.
• 
  Leverage project management tools and data analytics to monitor progress, identify trends, and inform decisions.
• 
  Create and present regular project status reports that highlight key milestones, metrics, and areas for improvement.
• 
  Oversee and maintain quality control procedures to ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations and industry standards.
• 
  Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry requirements.
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• 
  Bachelor's degree, technical degree, or equivalent professional experience (preferred)
• 
  Demonstrated success managing projects, ideally within the water or wastewater sector
• 
  Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• 
  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
• 
  Proficient in problem-solving and analytical thinking
• 
  Experience with change management and risk mitigation strategies
