Senior Product Marketing Engineer– RF/Microwave

Overview:

We're seeking a Product Marketing Manager to support business development and go-to-market strategies for RF/Microwave components. This role focuses on product planning, competitive positioning, and cross-functional coordination with sales, engineering, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive growth through key accounts and channel partners.
• Manage the product portfolio and lifecycle in coordination with product management.
• Define and position new products based on market and customer feedback.
• Support pricing, training materials, and promotional content development.
• Interface with marcom to align marketing materials and lead generation tools.

Requirements:

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field (required).
• 5+ years in the RF/Microwave industry.
• Strong knowledge of RF theory: S-parameters, Noise Figure, Compression, IMD, etc.
• Skilled in PowerPoint, Excel, and technical communication.
• Ability to travel as needed.
