Able to lift 30+lbs, move equipment, assemble furniture.OfficeInventoryManagement:Orderandmaintainallofficesupplies,snacks,drinks,andoffice equipment ensuring stock levels meet business needs.Event Coordination: Support morale events, including planning, logistics, and execution on budget.Invoice&FinancialProcessing:Manageinvoices,reconcilecreditcardstatements,andoverseepetty cashtransactions.Meeting & Catering Coordination: Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, including ordering and setting up lunches.General Administrative Support: Assist with daily office tasks and general administrative support to various teams as needed.This is an onsite, non-exempt, non-supervisory, full-time position located at our Healdsburg, CA office..
