Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies and procedures. Essential Functions:1. Responsible for practicing, supporting and promoting Graton Resort & Casino's Company-wide culture and demonstrating Graton Resort & Casino's Service Standards at all times .. Provide exceptional Guest Service to all Guests and Team Members .. Greet all Guests in a friendly and professional manner .. Greet each Guest by name, when established .. Responsible for booking all spa and salon appointments accurately .. Call back Guests to confirm appointments .. Keep desk area, spa reception area and lobby clean and organized ..
