What You'll Do As a Document Controller, you will support the P2P & POD-OTC process in the aspect of POD receiving and facilitate process improvements in document management. As the team expands and transactions grow, you are expected to assist in training, checking work standards, and facilitating review of processes to ensure work is at its most efficient state, always delivering business excellence. The role also aims to aid in improving compliance and control within the MNC.Understand the supply network process from deliveries to customers up to collection.Ensure on-time return of POD for faster collection to customers.Ensure complete POD to avoid issues with accounts receivables.Pre-screen and check details of all returned invoices from truckers; categorize as Clean vs Not Clean (w/ Vuelto/ RTV).Ensure RTV documents have Bad Order (B.O.) stamp and signature, then proceed with scanning & tagging.Scan all necessary documents for Collection or safekeeping.Upload documents into the system via WeScan and categorize accordingly.Follow through to complete requirements on time.Coordinate with POD Specialists, Sales Accounting, etc., for issues or as needed.Transmit necessary documents to respective Accounting User Groups.Identify trends and issues affecting timely POD collections.Take on additional tasks as required.Recommend innovative processes/strategies for improvement.Develop reminders for stakeholders on submissions and notices.Support during internal and external audits.Use SAP to generate reports for analysis and tracking.Manage documents by maintaining an accessible filing and tracking system for both hard and soft copies, and facilitate audits of third-party archiving services.Organizational Support Suggest innovative work processes and strategies.Participate in corporate activities and projects.Additional Transactions Adapt and learn additional transactions as assigned.By submitting your application, you agree to the company's data processing policies as outlined in the Privacy Notice for Job Applicants.Minimum Qualifications Willingness for continuous learning and development.Discretion and confidentiality.Strong customer service ethic.Proactive, self-motivated, results-oriented.Detail-oriented with a big-picture perspective.Sense of urgency and escalation awareness.Ability to build professional relationships.High attention to detail; proficient in English & Tagalog (written and oral).Familiarity with MS Office applications.Open to shift work and overtime as needed.#J-18808-Ljbffr
