Oversee and manage fire alarm installation projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement necessary changes to project plans.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Maintain accurate documentation and reports using project management tools.
Utilize relevant industry knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to fire alarm systems.
Ensure all work complies with NFPA72 and other applicable codes.
Qualifications:
Experience installing, testing, and/or servicing commercial and residential Fire & Intrusion Alarm Systems, Access Control Systems, CCTV Systems, including networking, or experience in related industry/trade such as Construction, Electrical, IT/Networks, Cable TV, Low Voltage.
Graduated Apprentice and passed Journeyman Exam; 'Blue Card' CFLST
Customer-friendly demeanor; works well with a wide variety of personalities to build strong relationships and nurture life-long clients.
Current or recent experience specifically with DMP, Notifier, FCI Gamewell, SilentKnight, Firelite, Honeywell, AES Radio, and/or Resideo Security, products.
NICET training and/or certification.
Currently holds non-expired or is able to obtain BSIS Alarm Company Employee (ACE) card (Fingerprinted background check required to apply for ACE card)
Relevant construction trades experience.
Project Management experience.

Currently holds or is able to obtain a valid Driver's License, and maintains no more than 1 point on DMV record (Driving a company vehicle is a requirement of this position).
