Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and submission of financial filings, including quarterly and annual reports, proxy statements, and other regulatory documents, ensuring accuracy and XBRL compliance.
• Analyze and validate supporting data to ensure completeness and consistency of disclosures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and business units to gather financial information and support external reporting needs.
• Support earnings call preparation and internal financial reporting activities.
• Maintain schedules, workpapers, and documentation in alignment with SEC and internal reporting requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate accounting guidance and reporting standards to assess impact on disclosures.
• Draft and update technical accounting memos as needed.
• Contribute to internal control evaluations, including SOX testing and review of SOC-1 reports.
• Assist in updating business process documentation and identifying efficiency opportunities.
• Partner with external auditors to facilitate reviews and audits.
• Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analysis to support finance leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 2+ years of experience in financial reporting or public accounting
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial statement preparation
• CPA preferred but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with internal controls and SOX compliance
